I was a bit concerned when I purchased 2 sets of the Eddie Bauer 100%flannel full size, sheet sets because of the low price. Upon receiving them they were packaged as a present with a lovely ribbon. I purchased these muslin cotton toddler sheets as a gift to my friend, who is about to have her first baby any day now. It’s a girl, so obviously, I purchased the pink ones. I am disappointed about the color. Instead of being coral pink, it is some kind of dead rose with a hind of orange. It is definitely different from the photo online and it doesn’t look like a baby item. Also, it has some slight chemical odor most likely from the dye, and it is not very soft. Of course, I hope the odor will evaporate and the fabric softens after washing. I have several adult muslin sheets myself, and they are all much better quality than these ones.
