Make morning coffee and evening meals outside even more pleasant with a market umbrella that spans 9' across when open. An octagonal canopy is made from weather- and fade-resistant polyester in a hue of your choice. We especially love the accent on the scalloped edges for a subtle bit of contrast. The convenient crank makes it easy to open up the canopy, while a manual tilt lets you angle the umbrella to ensure you have just the right amount of shade. Take note: A weighted base is sold separately. Get one that accommodates the 1.5" wide metal pole.

With inbound summer weather promising a blazing sun and merciless heat on many cloudless days, one reaction might be to cancel all outdoor plans and stay indoors; however, the party can always go on with this exciting California Umbrella cantilever design! The spacious 11-foot octagonal offset canopy is supported by eight aluminum ribs that are conveniently cranked open to provide a wide shaded space. As the sun moves higher in the sky, you can maintain your shade coverage by shifting the angle of the canopy to one of five preset positions using the vertical handle. This cantilever umbrella features a pedal at the base of its aluminum frame that enables you to rotate the umbrella 360 degrees, ensuring more coverage for your outdoor space. A sturdy cross base for the umbrella can either be bolted to the ground or weighted with pavers for stability from wind and weather. When the heat of summer has passed and shade is no longer needed, the canopy can be tied closed and the included protective cover pulled tight over it to defend it from fading and the elements. This umbrella also features Sunbrella fabrics, which are built on a foundation of solution-dyed acrylic yarn, the most resilient and solid material for prolonged sun exposure, to offer an even longer color retention rating than competing material sources. With this umbrella featured prominently in your backyard space, you will not need to worry about canceled summer get-togethers and parties, so order one today and invite some guests to enjoy summer’s outdoor beauty!

Love this big monstrosity of a cantilever umbrella - we haven’t had a chance to use it yet and it’s in little cover - but so far so good - it was a bit difficult to put together and you definitely need two people men preferably, lots of sand bags and water -but in the end I am sure you’ll be happy with it. Huge, and very stable for being so large. Several options to rotate. Only thing is, everything you do with the umbrella is done by one crank. With the umbrella being so big, its very heavy and that cranking motion does a job on your shoulders and arms. But its beautiful, sturdy and easy to operate. The light inside easy to operate also. I had it professionally assembled. Make sure you have a very heavy duty base for it too. It is water resistant and has been good through a couple of pretty strong windstorm weve had....just make sure to close it at the 1st sign of a wind or thunder storm. So far, I highly recommend.. Annette. Rochester, NY. Thu Jul 02 2026

This is a monster! Great coverage of our ten seater dining table , love the 360 and the tilt mode. It took three adults to put it together it is massive and is a bit tricky , maybe finicky when opening it but once it is open it’s fantastic and provides excellent shade. Make note the base needs to have weight added to it I think the minimum is 660 lbs! We used landscape fabric and some rubber weight plates then covered with rocks and then black river rock . That definitely adds quite a bit to the expense.. Suzanne. Los Ángeles. Fri Jul 10 2026

Unrivaled in its size and beauty, the Patio Umbrella delivers a nostalgic coastal European aesthetic with superior quality and technical design. Its broad canopy provides generous shade while the marine-inspired construction—crafted from stainless steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and teakwood accents—ensures long-lasting durability against corrosion, fading, and daily use. For optimal stability, we recommend our 90lb Umbrella Bases. As a general rule, we recommend approximately 10lbs of base weight per foot of umbrella.

We just got two of these set up and they seem nice, but have barely used them yet. My main issue was the inability of Wayfair to send anyone who could put them together. They are too large for one person and, while I had paid for assembly, neither the delivery guys or the assembly team (which turned out to be the same delivery guys) could assemble it. I finally just paid the delivery guys separately to help me try to figure it out and we got them assembled.. Brian. Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Tue Dec 17 2024
