Great pots and pans for the price never know what to buy anymore but this set I have purchased several times, they last several years with 4 hungry boys that torture them, dropping them using metal utensils cutting steaks in the pan with a sharp knife and the pans still keep on cooking….end of buying new set every 3-4 years not from the pans failure but from the kids torturing them and even then it’s just a skillet or 2 not the whole set… now we have lots of great pans…use them every day!!!. This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges. I love the pot and everything it came with it. It’s really good quality and it’s neat that the handle comes off and you can just use it as a setting dish or a plate. These ceramic pots and pans are nice. I chose the green color which is very pretty. The pots are not heavy and are very durable. It cooked my food evenly through out. Also, the heat was distributed evenly so the middle of the pot was not hotter than the outsides. The only thing I have to get use to is the handle because it can’t stay on the pot while cooking.
