It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable. This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. UPDATE: I ended up taking of the back to see what it was. Turns out they left a foil sticker flapping around on the fan. I removed it, and it works fine. I'm OK with the function but was disappointed at the hassle--nearly had to send it back! My original review below. I liked it, but unfortunately, after <10 uses, I hear a rattle from the inside. Works well. The air filter and lint filter are a little fussy, but they also get diner particles. The operation method is different from our old dryer, but it’s fine. As noted, it’s 120V, so it can take longer. It did great on the “challenge” load which included towels. It’s got little handholds on the side which made it easy to get into place (plus it’s light enough to move around). It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it’s more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers. I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. I have a small washing machine and it dries all the everything put in the washing machine load in about an hour and a half. anything heavy I’ll definitely have to bring to the laundromat to wash and dry because I also have a small apartment size washing machine, but I am happy with my purchase would recommend for a small place!.
