This cooktop is great. Heats up fast, easy to program and cleans up easily. Love it!. Teresa. Tue Oct 06 2026

Happy with the induction plate so far. The only thing that is is missing is is an actual temp read out instead of pre programed selection of numbers from 1-9 where the default temp selection is 5. I'll get used to to it. Manual and the underside of induction plate recommends one hour use and two hrs of rest. Doesn't sound like a long usage time. . Robert. Niagara Falls, ON. Tue Sep 29 2020

Neelesh tried to help me but he was not able to provide a person who could help me achieve the correct temperature for this induction cooktop. The unit could have been damaged in transit because the package was not intact when 8 received it, even though the unit was still snug in there. I'm not confident that the new one being sent won't perform the same way. Deborah. Sun Sep 27 2026

Used this today for the first time. I never used one before. Takes getting use to but works great. Cooked my sons burgers well. You must center the pan on the unit first, otherwise it will display a u like symbol and turn off. So make sure magnetic pan is on the unit and then power on. Also I love the H it displays when cooling off to let you know the unit is still Hot. I purchased out of laziness. Tired of cleaning the entire stove just to make burgers or whatever...lol. its easier to wipe down the counter and clean the unit. Does not show any signs of heat at the bottom so it is safe to use on countertops. I might just get a silicone mat anyway. Overall I love it and will play with it more.. Keisha. Corona, NY. This stovetop arrived quickly. Setting it up was just a matter of plugging it in. I use it in my RV with limited electricity, so am thrilled that it takes very little power to cook on it. In fact, so far I've never had to turn it up anywhere near its max heat setting. Just barely on and I am able to saute. Clean up is a breeze. I absolutely love this range. There are multiple burner sizes and the weighted control knobs provide controlled, tactile feedback which I greatly prefer over digital burner controls! The ranges are also wonderful and I like the slide out sturdy rack system. If I could improve this item, I would make an adapter shelf to fill the hole in the air fryer rack when you remove the actual basket because if you leave the rack in without the basket then there is a big hole in the very nice slide out rack which feels wasteful because it then requires removal of the entire unit instead of just the basket ..
