This came just in the nick of time with temperatures getting in the in the unbearable ranges. It was easy to put together and install without directions but I still did read directions to make sure everything perfect based on previous experiences with portable AC units. I have this in a 9x12 room and on the first night, it took quite some time to cool down, the room temperature was 93 when I started it around 9 pm and it reached 73 around 2 am. All windows and doors were closed so no hot air was flowing into the room. It won’t cool down the space as well as a traditional HVAC but it’s great help if it’s all you have.. Michele. US. There was an internal part that was broken. Ensure if purchasing this item, remove all adapters etc to inspect every available part. The water inlet piece was broken but not discovered until it was installed and found to leak as there was an adapter on it that we had no reason to remove until it leaked. Wayfairs warranty period was already expired but the manufacturer stayed in contact with us and sent out a replacement heater resolving our issue. Looking forward to many months of swimming!
