It was very easy to put up in crib and the material does have some padding to it so it's not just a thin piece of mesh material going up on the crib sides. My child also likes the flower design to look at when going to sleep and I don't have to worry about a leg or hand getting caught in the crib rungs nor losing pacifier during the night when moving around by morning.. It is not as beautiful as you think. Looks can be so deceiving, just like its beautiful pic, very nice material. The material is thin, held to the light you could you could read thru it. The seams when you have 26x26 inserts In them look like if you use them as pillows or just decorative pillows. Any resistance on the material the seams start to pull, and you see the green thread they used to sew the pieces of pillow together.
