I love this cushion it is very comfortable and the color is nice. It came in a box and vacuum sealed in plastic and I left it overnight to fluff up. The fabric did look very wrinkled but I am hoping that it will lessen over time. My only issue is that the seat area seems to slip, making it look kinda sloppy and hard to sit down. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back.
