These mattresses are great! We use them at one of our student housing properties, and they have been an excellent choice. They are comfortable, durable, and hold up extremely well to the demands of student housing. They’re also very easy to wipe down and maintain, which is a huge plus with frequent resident turnovers. We’ve been very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend them for student housing or other multifamily properties!. Kristy. St. George, UT. Sat Aug 08 2026

I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for. I found this one and it transformed my patio. Easy to put together, everything comes with it, including the rope and hooks. Highly recommend!. Heather. Grapevine, TX. Sat Oct 10 2026

We haven't hung it yet, but we've opened the box, and the bench appears to be of good quality and good workmanship, We gave it four stars because we were concerned about the quality and weight capacity of the chain and hardware and there wasn't an option to upgrade them, nor was there an option to purchase the swing without the chain and hardware. (No such thing as "too careful" when it comes to these things). As a result, we had to pay for the parts in the purchase and have since added another $100+ for proper, heavy duty chain and hardware. Not to mention the time and effort expended in researching and finding the right parts. Because of this, we almost gave the swing three stars, but we didn't think it fair considering how nice the bench is and how well made it appears to be.. Rachelle. North York, ON. Sun Jul 04 2021
