The tile is beautiful and matches our counters well. It was about half the price of a different tile vendor we had been considering. Our first set came with a few damaged pieces that Wayfair was able to quickly have replaced at no cost to us. This tile is VERY finicky. I've ordered a few times now and EVERY SINGLE time there are tiles that come broken. Once they sent the wrong size, too, and then things were on backorder and took forever to arrive and then when they arrived, part of the shipment was broken. You can't get through to ANYONE at the manufacturer to explain issues or try for expedited replacement product.
