This fountain made a great addition to my yard. It is well made and installation was easy. I wired the lights into my existing low voltage patio lights for convenience as it comes with separate cords for the pump and lights. Set up was fine . Please note that you can just plug into an electrical outlet . You do not need to “hard wire it” as the description says. It is easy. However, the unit has a defect! The fake copper lip that the water falls from is NOT LEVEL ! Therefore the waterfall will never be like the picture in a nice V fall. While this fountain is easy to assemble, multiple people are required for the assembly due to the weight of the fountain components. This fountain produces an echo sound that can be heard at distance, but drowned out by moderate traffic noise, and a minimal amount of splash.
