I love the chaise lounge chairs. I did not like the assembly, which had been easy with past products made by same manufacturer. This time I could not screw the wheel on because something was inside the hole, blocking the screw. I used some of my tools to extract what was in there and have attached a picture of the metal pieces that were jammed inside it. I have fixed it but most novice installers would not have managed as well. Returning an object of this size was just too much trouble so I persisted. Love them! I bought three. Price is high, but I wanted something that would last for years. I knew the Polywood brand would be the way to go. Well worth it. EDIT: After having them for two years, they have all started to split where the screws attach. One split after the first year. We have had to add screws and a glue to attach the polywood back together. Hoping this works, but not worth the money. I chose Polywood for no maintenance, heavyweight, and longevity. I assembled this myself. No issues. Best advice is to not tighten all the screws so you are able to move pieces a little while assembling. Then go through and tighten all when complete. Followed instructions. All hardware included.
