The thread size is 28/400 and fits many standard soap pumps. The thread diameter is approx 1-1/16 inches. You can check if your threads match by using a standard soda bottle cap. It is sad when you buy a soap dispenser with a pump and the pump only last two years max with intermittent use. Luckily, I went back to the site where I purchased my set (Wayfair), and discovered that a diecast metal pump was available. Will it last longer than two years? Time will tell. The problem with these pumps is the spring that used. I have my doubts. Just because they glamorize (Chrome to Brushed Stainless) the outside, it appears the interior (pump) is identical to the malfunctioning pump. No modification have been implemented.. Jonathan.
