Originally came with broken pieces in the shipment. The company resent the defective pieces at no charge. The padded seat was worse the second time, but I’ll just reupholster it myself instead of requesting a 3rd one. It would be best if the company would figure out a new way to ship the seat so that it doesn’t get pinchedmishapen. The tiny screws were a bear to screw into the wood. Small, predrilled holes would have been a great touch. Overall, the vanity looks nice assembled and my daughter likes it, but certainly some room for improvement with shipping and ease of assembly.. This dresser is not the sturdy solid piece I was hoping for. There are only a few pieces of solid wood in this design. The rest is cheap particle board. The instructions were straightforward forward but the particle board was super weak and the hardware just wasn’t made for weak particle board. I almost gave up on the dresser. To be honest, I’m surprised it’s standing. A lot of inner pieces are damaged and there are some missing bolts that just fell out due to large holes created from damage. I wanted to run! Give up. Never look back. But I persevered and managed to complete the dresser. This is not a dresser that will last many years. The design is very flawed. Makes sense why they pre-assembled all dresser tracks. The average person would have given up on this dresser!!!This is slowly going to deteriorate due to so many flaws and broken pieces that didn’t install properly. The bad: Came mostly assembled, which was great, but with no instructions. We had to screw in the drawer pulls which was easy. But the screws for the white support leg of the vanity top were not long enough. Ended up buying 30mm M8 bolts with a 1.25 thread. The color is also different from the product gallery. In person the brown is more red brown and the cream color is bordering on yellow white. The good: I really do like this dresser and vanity combo, despite my minor complaints. It's really unique and perfect for our guest room. The drawers glide effortlessly. The lower height makes it pleasant to sit at and everything does feel very sturdy.
