Please clean this product regularly to ensure safe drinking. 2. Does the product smell? --- Please clean the lower water reservoir by soaking it in lemon water before use. 3. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

The Avalon Countertop Hot/Cold Water Cooler is made with innovation and style. The easy-to-use paddle spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press your cup against the paddle to let the flow of water come out. The machine's highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need to add ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we’ve added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. There is a built-in nightlight making the water spouts clearly visible in the dark. This water cooler is bottle-less with an NSF-certified activated carbon filter (listed as model Avalon A4FILTER) and a sediment filter (listed as model Avalon A5FILTER) with a water line that can be attached to your water source. The water is taken from your water source and filtered through the filters and then through the machine's hot and cold water tanks. The filter will purify the tap water eliminating any chlorine, lead, rust, and bacteria. There is also a built-in leak detector to automatically monitor the water flow from the water source into the machine. We have incorporated a self-clean ozone function which will automatically clean the machine’s water tank with the injection of ozone by the press of a switch. The dispensing area is 10x2.5x9.5 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spouts. The water cooler is UL-listed. Setup is easy and the unit can be connected directly to your existing sink water line. All parts necessary for installation are included. The unit dimensions are 12x12x19 inches.

The cold water starts out cold but since the reservoir is small it doesn't hold much water so the cold water runs out and then the room temp water is dispensed so the water ends up being more room temp water than cold.. I love this ice maker! It makes ice very quickly and cubes come out whole instead of in chunks. When I turn it on it makes a batch within minutes. The only downside is it doesn’t hold a lot of ice, so if I need a larger quantity I have a container my freezer that I can fill, also very quickly. At first I was concerned that there is no access to the ice because my old ice maker used to jam up, however, I have had no issues so far. The water dispenser is also a nice feature. It still has a plastic-like taste, but that should go away. The ice has no taste, just clean & clear. One of the major benefits is that it uses a water line which I have an inline filter attached to so there’s no need to fill it up all the time. The machine's highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. The tanks hold 1 liter of hot water and 3.6 liters of cold water. There is a built-in nightlight making the water spout clearly visible in the dark. The dispensing area is 12x3.25x8.75 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spout. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. This water cooler is bottle-less with an NSF-certified activated carbon filter (listed as model Avalon A4Filter) and a sediment filter (listed as model Avalon A5Filter) along with a water line that can be attached to your water source. The water is taken from your water source and filtered through the filters and then through the machine's hot and cold water tanks. The filters will purify the tap water eliminating any chlorine, lead, rust, and bacteria. There is also a built-in leak detector to automatically monitor the water flow from the water source into the machine. We have also incorporated a self-clean ozone function which will automatically clean the machine's water tank with the injection of ozone by the press of a switch. The water cooler is UL listed.
