I got the 14 inch queen size and it is much nicer than I expected. It came compressed in a box and immediately popped open when we opened the bag. It didn’t take long for it to reach the full 14 inches height. It is firmer than what I thought I wanted and you can tell that I has springs but it has actually been very comfortable and supportive. The box became damaged during transit. After opening and removing the first layer of the plastic wrap I begin hearing an oozing sound, contrary to me not even opening the standard vacuum wrapped plastic. This is a great mattress for the price! It arrived wrapped really tightly and unfurled quite quickly. So I suggest placing it on the bed framebox spring before unwrapping. The package came with a tool for cutting the plastic safely so opening it was easy. We gave it the full 72 hours before using it and as you can see by the pictures, it came out great. The mattress is nice. Just fits perfectly with our king size bed frame, also from wayfair. Without using a box frame the mattress with 14” inches height is just right.
