As several other reviews have mentioned, the assembly while straightforward is a little tricky. The couch arrives in three different boxes. One box has the bench seat which contains the legs and cushions inside the bottom of it. You will need two people minimum to assemble this couch. Once you lineup, the pieces like the arm and the seat you will have to push down, but you won’t see it going in so you have to line it up really well before you start pushing it in. it’s easy to get one side in and then not get the other side in. for the first arm attachment, we stood the seat up on its end, making it easier. with two people it took about 30 minutes to unpack it and assemble it. The legs look OK but they’re just inexpensive plastic so they’re not that beautiful. You might want to replace them with custom legs. Luckily there are lots of places that sell really cool furniture legs if you want something nicer. I think the couch is very comfortable. It has a generous size seat. It is a firmer couch, but the wide arms are really comfy to lean on and it’s comfortable when you stretch out on it. It looks really great. The fabric is nice and the pillows are very high-quality. All in all for the low price this is a very nice couch and I love it! **I wanted to add some more information since I’ve had some time to live with this sofa. I love it more than ever. I absolutely LOVE my new couch, however the delivery was not a love. After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I wish it was made clearer that the unloading would be my responsibility, I spent a lot to get the couch of my dreams but very unsatisfied with the delivery service that was definitely lacking! Beautiful shape, love the color and the quality of the material. Hidden Velcro keeps the cover in place. The only thing I took a star off for is the way the left and right sides are held together. There are two metal “clasps” that fit loosely together and one small plate that holds it together on the back. I found this after a thorough search of Wayfair since my first choice didn’t work out but it’s a treasure in disguise. It’s packaged in a roll which means no accidental indents from being vacuum sealed. It came in a slightly taller box but it unenrolled really nicely and didn’t take very long to decompress and I love it the texture of the Chanel being by level I guess officially you would describe it would be so that if there were any imperfections it really would help hide it and it is incredibly soft. I really love it. I wish it had to split in the back like the first one I picked, but I love the material on this one so much more and the fact that it unrolled and there were no problems. I’m very happy with it. It size it perfectly as well, which was what I was looking for, cause I have open plan .
