Arrived on time and easy to assemble. Although the microfiber fabric makes me itch, I still need to cover it anyway because we have a cat. Enough to support my height and weight(I'm 5'2"). I mentioned weight because the only things that hold the back support are these two metal pieces that seems to short and not even locked with bolts. Hopefully it will hold long.. California. Loving this recliner so far! The chenille fabric is super soft and feels way more expensive than the price tag suggests, and the tanbeige color matches my living room perfectly. The massage function is a nice surprise - great after a long day, and the remote is simple and intuitive. Reclining is smooth and quiet, not stiff or jerky like some cheaper models. I love my new chair. I splurged on myself and ordered exactly what I wanted. It’s beautiful, and I’m a rocker so I love that it rocks and swivels. Myroom isn’t complete yet, but I’m off to a great start. I took off one star for how difficult it is trying to put the leg rest down after having it up. I actually had to leap over the extended leg rest, and with all my might (which isn’t much) had to kick it hard to make it stay in place. I still love it though.. Neisha. Ham Lake, MN.
