Excellent. Drill two holes, insert wall anchor and attach the small plate and screws that came with it. The light slides onto the provided plate. I love that it’s ez to assemble, there are 3 light tones: yellow (warm light), yellow/white (in between warm and cool tone), and blue/white light. Also, you can adjust the intensity from a low level for mood lighting, to a bright level. You can also adjust the angle of the arms that have the shining light. These are sleek looking except the round base is a bit big. See photos that are taken in the day but I have honeycomb blinds and translucent white drapes, so the room is dim but not dark. The light is very nice looking and was easy to hang. There are two major issues that we had to solve for. First it's not dimmable the way you would think. It comes with a piece of cellophane type yellow film to put on it. It is Very Bright without it. The second issue is the on off switch is positioned to rest behind the picture.
