I enjoy soaking and using the jets after a long day working on the yard. I sometimes use it with the water temp on the cooler side to be refreshing on hot days. The cover has not held up. I had some buyers remorse after I purchased this and read some additional reviews about how it had trouble heating up. I didn't realize it didn't use a standard electric spa heater. When I saw "Friction Heating" I thought that was in addition to normal electric heating and was a motor heat recovery unit and an energy saving feature. This was very new to me as the last time I bought a spa was 30 years ago. After installing and using it for going on 4 months, I must say I am impressed with the function and performance so far. It does take around 24 hours to get to from 75 to 100 degrees but once it got there it maintains the set temperature very well. Some of the reviews mentioned that it had a hard time heating in cold weather and maybe that is true for them but here in Florida I haven't had any problems even during some of the 30 degree cold fronts we had. The spa shell is very solid and seems durable. It has decent number of jets and water movement and we are really enjoying this spa. Now for my observations on what could be better. As some of the other reviews have mentioned the outer shell is very thin vinyl panels. Not a problem so far but they are pretty flimsy and hurricane force winds might cause them to buckle. The pump and control access panel is this same vinyl material and it is held in place by screws so to access anything you have to unscrew it rather than via a hinged door access like most spas. The single speed pump works fine but it would be nice to be able to add a little more massage power to the jets. A two speed pump would be preferable. Lastly, the instruction manual should be specific to a single spa model and not cover multiple models where some of the functions and features aren't pertinent to the one you are working with. Would I recommend this spa? For the solid inner shell, user friendly controls, and the included accessories, in this price range, all delivered free to your home in less than a week? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with the size, this cold/hot plunge is sized perfectly for one person so sit and submerge to around armpit level if you scoot down a bit, the entire size is roughly that of a conventional bath tub so it will fit even in a smaller space. It is heavy, around 200+ lbs, my husband and I were able to manage it without too much of a problem but it would be good to consider additional help in moving it. The sound of the pump turning on is pretty loud but I opted to install it under my deck so for me it’s not an issue. Because of the smaller capacity the water will heat and cool quickly when you add room temperature water so it is unnecessary to keep it at the highest or lowest temperature at all times depending on how you plan to use it, the WiFi will enable you to set your temperature hours before it is needed to help conserve energy. There are a couple of issues I did come across, the first is some internal signage was damaged (picture is included) and the instructions gave no indication as to how often the water should be changed based on usage, I use untreated well water fed by a natural spring and found that about two weeks was the maximum time before needing to drain the water but someone with treated city water can probably go closer to 4 weeks. Overall my husband and I have really enjoyed a quick cold plunge in the morning to help with muscle recovery after a workout and a hot soak in the evening to relax.. Michelleb. Sat Aug 29 2026

Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job.
