This is a very well made bookshelf. Gave it four starts instead of five because unfortunately the designated screws were too long and when we assembled the bottom shelf the screw came through the bottom and damaged the shelf. From the 3-tier side book rack for favorite stories to the padded bench with a washable cushion, every detail invites quiet reading time. Topped with rounded guardrails for safety, this toddler bookcase helps you create the perfect reading corner—where organization meets imagination.

As I suspected, the bench is so narrow and small, it's not safe at all for my toddler. For context, it's as deep as a children's book. So I use the bench as a bookshelf instead. Otherwise it's OK. Not as sturdy as I'd hope for the price and tedious assembly. Cute though!. Mick. CT. Mon Oct 05 2026
