The bed frame is stable and does not make much noise when moving. The wooden slats provide good support for the mattress. We are pretty happy with the platform bed. Very protected in the box. The instructions were only pics, which was easy to understand. Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions. That being said, if you look carefully at the diagrams, you should be fine. Bed assembly is pretty straightforward. It does have a slight varnish smell that has started to fade after 3 days.. A..
