The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. Got this to make into a chicken coop and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to build it solo without the help of my husband. I did run into some challenging steps however I was able to troubleshoot what needed to be done when the instructions were lacking. Overall, I think that it is pretty good. The roofing panels snapping together have no J channel to catch rain water and to diverse rain water down to the lower end of the roof, resulting a leaky roof. The floor is a thin piece of rubber floor so basically rain water would flow from the concrete foundation right onto to the thin floor. Wayfair please remove this product and dont sell it your customer. I can buy a metal shed for half of the price of this shed and has a better design.
