Lightweight and very pretty tiles. A little difficult to work with as there is no overlapping lip to line up the tiles so you have to get them as close together as possible. These tiles said they were glue up tiles but when the box arrived it specified, they were drop in tiles for a ceiling system. I’m making them work, but it’s a little more difficult than it should be.. Dawn. FL. Tue Oct 13 2026

Being hand carved each piece is richly detailed with deep relief, sharp lines, and a truly unique touch. That masterpiece is then used to create a mold master. Once the mold master is created we use our high-density urethane foam to form each medallion. The finished look is a beautifully detailed, lightweight, solid construction, focal piece. The resemblance to original plaster medallions is achieved only by using our high-density urethane and not vacuum-formed, "Plastic" type medallions. Medallions are lightweight for easy installation and come primed and ready for paint. These are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Our whole one-piece medallions are cut in two for you, making installation a breeze.

The Aged Grey Wall Panel brings the look of a salvaged architectural fragment to a modern wall. Inspired by the paneling of old French country houses, this tall, slender wall decor piece stands 71 inches high and 20.75 inches wide, pairing a pressed wood panel with polyresin detailing. A distressed slate grey painted finish gives it the time-worn character of an architectural relic, and because the finish varies slightly, each panel has its own character. Hang one to add height and texture beside a doorway or bed, or install a pair to flank a fireplace, mirror or console. Triangle hook hangers are included for vertical wall mounting.

Transform your ceiling into an elegant, beautiful, and timeless display that will make a statement and add tremendous value to your living spaces, this coffered ceiling is a classic architectural design that brings out depth and dimension to an, otherwise, plain ceiling. Our urethane coffered ceilings are careful, ensuring an authentic look, and compared to wood, they are lightweight, easy to install, and have zero issues with rot, termites, or warping. What was once considered an expensive luxury, is now an affordable pursuit for a home that defines you.

nicely made polystyrene pieces which are well designed, but require an expert carpenter for a quality installation due to slight variations from piece to piece, injected molded from similar but not identical molds. Per my carpenter, these were convenient, but required a tremendous of finesse and adjustments at every miter joint to look right. Quality glue (PL Premium) and a solid substrate that will not move (a grid of 1x3's glued and screwed to ceiling joists) are essential for stability. Overall "a wash" in terms of time and expense compared to having full boxes and mouldings constructed the old fashioned way. For the curved bay windows straight pieces needed to be hollowed out, bent, and carefully glued and tacked in place under high tension. Happy with the results but did not save time or expense compared to old fashioned box beam and molding construction.. Paul. MA. Wed May 25 2022

Perfect piece to hide a larger hole from a previous light fixture. Finish matches beautifully. Maggie. Milwaukee, WI. Mon Oct 19 2026

This finished Architectural Ceiling Medallion creates instant 3-dimensional detail to an otherwise boring plain ceiling. Also, a crowning Elegance to a Chandelier Installation, which is often a good time to install your selected Medallion. The item comes fully finished out of the package and is Hand Cast in a lightweight Polystyrene that will never shrink, split, or crack. Prior to Masterpiece Moldings creation of this Collection by AFD Home, the only way to have had an advanced ceiling with this level of design would have been a very expensive addition and an owner willing to take on an elaborate installation project, requiring carpenters, finishers, and in some instances even artists. One of the best parts about this item is that installation could not have been made easier, as the outer ring is created with a cabochon design allowing intermittent spaces specifically created as locations for your screws or hollow wall anchors, matching decorative caps are even provided that will cover the screw heads of your anchors and offer a complete professional looking install. Hollow wall anchors or installation screws are available at your local hardware store, as your need will vary depending on your ceiling.
