Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. The plant itself is very nice. It is however not as full as advertised. That is why I only gave it four stars.
