Easy to assemble with two people. Seems nice and sturdy. Only one cook on it so far, but nice and easy cleanup. Good to have a place for paper towels, trash bag and utensils at the ready. Well I have to say we were very disappointed after opening the box. There was no visible box damage but the frame and other parts were dented badly! Looks like the factory just put it in the box this way, because packaging was not damaged? We went ahead and assembled it in our garage. It took my husband about 2.5 hours to assemble, not to difficult at all. After assembly, the dents were not as noticeable, mostly in the back of the unit. So we then decided to use it to see if we wanted to return it if something else was wrong. Nothing wrong with cooking unit whatsoever! After cooking three different meals, we love this thing and decided to keep it and not send it back. See pics. That is a 1.5 pound pack of thick cut bacon done at one time! We have also cooked hamburgers, eggs, onions etc. all restaurant quality for sure! The flat top grill is fantastic and heats up quickly and ready for cooking within minutes. Even being disappointed with the dents and dings we highly recommend this griddle for the price! We also have had a Pit Boss pellet grill/smoker for over five years and it still works great. We purchased the Commercial Chef griddle accessories and utensils as well. They work great and seem to be made well, good quality, not flimsy. The assembly was straight forward with no issues. Had a little bit of an issue set it up to my iPhone but easily fixed by reducing my text size. My first cook was amazing.
