I wanted purple dishes and these were great. I’ve had the same dishes for 47 years so I was due for a change. The bowls are very deep and the sandwich plates are a bit smaller than I’m used to, but actually work great so I don’t fill up my plate and can cut calories. They go thru the dishwasher just fine. I ordered 2 sets of the cream colored dinnerware sets. They were packed perfectly with absolutely no flaws, breaks or cracks. The color is definitely a cream color as seen in my photos, in comparison to the white in the photos. This set is absolutely gorgeous, both elegant and casual. The dinner plates fit perfectly in my cabinets with door closing easily. The salad plates are a great size, as well as the mugs. The bowls are perfect for soup, cereal, ice cream, etc. It's always a good idea to read the measurements of each to determine if they are right for you. The dinner plates I received all measure 11 3/8". They even have a "shelf" at the bottom of the plate for support to prevent any pressure from use, to break the plate. They just barely grazed the front of the cabinet shelf but the door closed perfectly without touching the dinnerware. This set is absolutely beautiful and received as described!. Sharon. Wow, I’m really blown away by this china set! The artwork is even more stunning in person, and the details are just gorgeous. The mix of delicate pink accents, black illustrations, and those cool floral and leopard designs make it look super elegant and unique. These pieces would totally pop on a nicely set table. On the downside, I was bummed to find some pieces arrived broken. But hey, the customer service was top-notch! They got back to me fast and replaced the broken stuff without any hassle.
