This chair is a great value. I love the real wood base and the fabric is really nice too (I have the beige linen) The cushions were vacuum packed upon arrival and therefore a bit wrinkled, but I hit them with my hand steamer and that problem was quickly and easily resolved. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 15 minutes. The only negative for me is the screw hole covers. They are plastic which feels cheap for such an otherwise quality piece. I wish they were wood that matched better. Thats why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. We really like these chairs! We were skeptical, as most things we get from this site seem poor quality. But I like these chairs!! My only disappointment is that the pink color is so faint. I would prefer a richer, more saturated color. I add pillows to take care of that. The thing I like most about these is that I can sit up straight instead of being forced to lean back which puts my back into a spasm. We have expensive chairs from Dania that kill my back and I can barely walk when I get up from sitting in them. These pink chairs feel fantastic. The Chihuahua is in 7th heaven because we bought two of these- we now have four chairs and four footstools which means the dog has his choice of chairs now, too, and doesn’t always want to sit in my lap when I watch TV.
