This was fairly straightforward to assemble, and gives a soft touch to my guest room. The ledge gives a good amount of storage for books, electronic devices, or anything else like plushies or decor. I really like how the LED lights function. However, the LED strip doesn’t go all the way across, and the plug for the built-in outlet doesn’t connect to traditional outlets. I had to get an extension cordpower strip combo to plug this in. At this point, it makes the built-in outlet pointless. Love these beds. Best with a 12” mattress without boxspring so you can open the secret compartment. Twin is best but we put a twin xl on one of them and no support issues! The headboard is beautiful! I was worried about the height given this is going on a low head-only adjustable bed. I was able to attach the legs immediately at the correct height.
