I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely outstanding. There was no hassle or runaround. They immediately took care of the problem, and within four days I had a replacement chair! They also paid all of the shipping costs to return the original chair. I love this chair. It is small so it fits in tight spaces. I bought it as a second seating source in my office and I needed it to roll for times when someone else is in my office and needs to see the computer screen.
