First off, this is a beautiful rug. It's very soft and is just what I was looking for. That makes the second part even more unfortunate. But it doesn't get a full five stars because the packaging it arrived in was so flimsy that it ripped, (the deliverer conveniently placed it down on the ground, ripped side down, ) so I did have to use my little green Bissell to get the stain out. Luckily it came out easily, but I'm still a little bit annoyed that I only got a 40% refund when this rug was over $100. There is an option of paying $8.99 for a protection plan (I've never needed one for a rug before,) but if you're thinking of getting this rug, consider getting that protection plan, so in case if it arrives damaged, you can get a full refund..
