Set up a little while ago layers snap but don’t seem very tight. Its much louder streaming than I thought, tried adjusting pump but haven’t gotten it to sound smoother trickling. very pretty... just as pictured delivery sucks. it comes in this huge HEAVY box ON A PALLET... which is not unpacked for you and left at front of your garage. You will need a VERY strong person to carry to location you want. It took 2 delivery men to even haul it unto my driveway. The box is not hauled away and neighborhood garageman will not take it on trash day because of the size. As a added bonus, the box is filled with some sort of hay or wood shaving-- so much so that it will need 2 trash days to be hauled away. for this reason alone i could not give it 5 stars. and was going to give it a 3 because of the hassle of trash. Cute fountain, a bit shorter than I realized. Had some blemishes in the glazing where it looks like someone applied a different material to fix it? The instructions didn’t include a great diagram of the part labeled “leak protector” so I had to find an online instruction manual for a similar fountain from the same company, which used the same part. The pump was a bit unwieldy to position. So far it’s a pleasant sound of water, no drips. Not sure if any birds will use it, I was hoping the sphere on top would attract hummingbirds to bathe. I was honestly a bit nervous ordering this online, worried it might arrive broken or damaged in transit. But it was packaged so well—the box arrived in perfect condition, and the fountain itself is immaculate! Visually, it is stunning. I LOVE this fountain! I knew it was smaller/shorter and planned accordingly.
