This is my second time purchasing this set. The first set lasted seven years and three moves. I have nothing bad to say- the set up is easy and we didn’t run into any issues. I built the chairs myself which took about 1.5 hours for all four. My husband built the table which took him about an hour. All the pieces are very sturdy and good quality. Around year five we added some extra screws to the table base, but this was probably only needed due to disassembling and reassembling the table multiple times. Chairs are great but Wayfair’s customer service needs to be tweaked. We ordered 4 gold chairs and received two in white and two in Gold. The good news we highly recommend the Gold over the white they are beautiful. Last month Wayfair goofed up a delivery with a wrong phone number when we had given it to them 5 times. Note we love dealing with Wayfair and they are going to send us the correct chairs. Two goof ups on the last two orders is not pleasant, but it sure beats my wife and I driving all over the State looking for furniture. We highly recommended this Tommy Bahama brand . I give this table/chair set 2 stars due to 1) the quality and condition of the pieces received, mostly related to the chairs and 2) the difficulty in assembling. Several pieces arrived chipped or with the wood deformed, making one of the chairs impossible to put together. We had to send this chair back. For several of the other chairs in this set we had to buy a wood pen to color in the chipped areas. It was disappointing to buy a new table set and have it look like it had been used. Separately, assembly took awhile to figure out as none of the individual pieces were labeled and the diagram did not show accurate renderings of the pieces. This led to many stops and re-dos before we finally got it right. Overall I would question the quality control on this product and would neither purchase again nor recommend.. Anonymous.
