Third one of these that I have purchased. I found them easy to assemble, and they have a sturdy structure - love that they are solid wood (except for the backing). Have stained all with Minwax wood finish oil-based ‘Colonial Maple’ Semi-transparent interior stain. They look great ! Though the boxes had encountered some bumps and bruises, the contents within each of my shipments remained safe from harm - I would attribute that to the solid packaging. The “rustic” antique black looks nice, but due to the ROUGH texture of the wood I think it will be extremely hard to dust. The dust clothe will catch in the wood. For the cost, I think I should have kept looking. I also believe that photos of the lower section should have been available to view. I do “like” the armoire, but I don’t “love” it. I guess it will do the job. I hung coats & jackets from the clothes rod and beneath the shelf I installed I put my capris. I used the other shelf in the lower section and placed my jeans in there. It’s very roomy. Note, it states there are 3 shelves and there were only 2 actual shelves in the unit. I guess if you placed 2 shelves in the upper section that you would have 3 separate spaces if you count the bottom of the upper area as the 3rd shelf. Hope picture helps if you’re trying to decide..
