Overall, Im satisfied with the drawer space. It wasnt difficult to put together but wasnt what I envisioned via quality. We were looking for something with more of a vertical footprint to make space in our bedroom and this was just right, size-wise. It looks great too, and it's nice to have real wood. Assembly took quite a bit of time, especially since there weren't predrilled holes for a lot of the screws, but it all came together. As others noted, it's good to be aware that the back panel is unfinished, so this dresser must be set up against a wall (which is necessary for safety anyway, with a secure fastener included). I wish the drawers had a slightly smoother or controlled glide, and plan to add some felt to quiet the closure. Overall, a solid buy and great for our space!. Anonymous. Whittier, CA. It’s beautiful, actual wood. I would have given it 5 stars but the back of one of the drawers is missing and the piece that goes in between the two back panels is missing. This is real wood. It has a light stain and no varnish, so it has that rustic farmhouse feel to it. The drawers don’t have tracks so they wobble when you pull them in and out, but I don’t plan to use them much. Perfect size for behind my couch. The assembly was a bit tricky. They provide self-tapping screws so there are no pilot holes. That means you have to line the pieces up perfectly while screwing in teh screw. Sometimes there is also a dowel in a predrilled hole making it easy to keep the wood in place while you get the screw in. Other times - esp the drawers - you have to hold the two pieces of wood carefully while you press hard to get the screw started. Also, some sections of the wood are softer and easy to get a screw through. Others are a bit harder. Other than assembly, I have no complaints. It’s a sturdy little table for the price.. Rachel.
