I can only review the ordering and delivering of the wardrobe as the last parcel was delivered today. I will have someone install it. All aspects of ordering and delivery was exactly as described except when it was clearing customs. I received an emailed that it was being delivered that day. Fortunately the lady I spoke to in customer service cleared it up, checking it out for me and said it had just cleared customs, US to Canada and the items would be delivered as described when the order was placed.. Overall, this was excellent furniture at a reasonable price. Both the directions and holes predrilled were fairly easy to assemble. Due to the size it came in 3 sections but once the first was assembled it went much faster. Really not bad at all considering the size of this thing. This is not heirloom furniture by any means, but it’s sturdy enough for what I need. The customer service was able to replace the pieces, however, they also arrived four days after they said they would get here. Even the replacement pieces had damaged corners, but they were usable. Overall we really like this armoire. The mirror door can be a little tricky at times to open. But it gives a good amount of storage for our bedroom without a closet.
