It looks nice enough and functional for a spare bedroom that does not get used often. It is cheap, put together yourself furniture and the wood is very soft. I can imagine it getting very marked up with use. The drawers are not smooth at all and stick depending on what kind of carpenter you are. The price is fair for what you get therefor cannot be disappointed. There is also a nightstand that matches this dresser although a different brand. But together, you can’t tell the difference. Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. We were looking for something with more of a vertical footprint to make space in our bedroom and this was just right, size-wise. It looks great too, and it's nice to have real wood. Assembly took quite a bit of time, especially since there weren't predrilled holes for a lot of the screws, but it all came together. As others noted, it's good to be aware that the back panel is unfinished, so this dresser must be set up against a wall (which is necessary for safety anyway, with a secure fastener included). Just built it solo. It took me a pretty long time. More than 4 hours but I wasn’t in a particular rush. It’s not too difficult or too heavy for one person. Just sort of labor intensive. It was VERY heavy upon delivery and bringing it up into my unit was hard. Definitely a team lift package but can be built alone without much issue.
