Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. Absolutely Love, love, love this set! Exactly what I was looking for as my guest room furniture looked terrible in the room and was way too dark for a place on the water! However, I had spent so much moving everything to my house in the mountains and the room for this set isnt used a lot, I didnt want to break the bank. My handyman in Florida put it together while I was in NC and I was so happy with it when I returned! The bed is super solid wood! Very heavy! Gorgeous bed! Had a few issues with a board that didn't fit, but Wayfair offered us a discount if my husband drilled a hole or offered to send a replacement part.
