I was worried about the feel of the fabric straight out of the package, however I washed it on coldgentle, tumble dried on low for just a bit, then air dried the remainder of the way. It’s very soft now.. Cassandra. Taylor Springs, IL. Mon Aug 03 2026

if I could have given zero Stars I would have. the appearance in the photos is nothing like the reality. I have had comforters of this style before and they are beautifully stitched and well made. this thing is actually furry, no kidding the fur is about 3/8 of an inch long and it looks extremely tacky and for $80! even for $15 I would have returned it. then when I tried to return it they wanted to charge me a $15 return fee even though I just returned two upholstered wood benches that were six times this size and in two boxes that came in the wrong finish for free. every time I try to return it on the website or through chat it would not do it finally had to call customer service and a live agent handled it for me. this is a third order in a row that I've had trouble with coming in other than as presented on their website. I've ordered from Wayfair for years and never had trouble but lately it's nothing but problems I don't know what's going on with the company but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.. Living in central Texas makes for hot nights. This bedspread is perfect for this climate. It is lightweight, yet heavy enough to keep you warm on cool nights. Being 100 cotton makes it ideal if you sleep hot. It doesn’t trap bodyheat like polyester does. I recommend washing it before putting it on the bed. It has a LOT of lintfuzz from the embroidery. My dryer lint filter was fuller than I have ever seen it after washing this thing. Washing it also flufs up the design a little more. The coverage is great, too.. Emelda. Manor, TX. Thu Mar 19 2026

It was finally time to switch out my heavy quilt for my new lighter bedspread. I searched high and low for a split corner bedspread with longer sides and came across this one. It needed to be open to allow for the posters and legs an I wasn’t certain if the corners unbuttoned but, fortunately, they did. It’s perfect and a nice weight with a matching pillow and shams with buttons. I bought two cream throw pillows on this site and matching buttoned linen euro shams elsewhere and I think it looks great. I did wash everything before using and it all washed up great. I did find there were a lot of loose threads that I just picked off. Other than that, I’m happy.. Kristi. Cumming, IA. Sun May 10 2026
