I ordered the 22" with feather insert, which was expensive but it's a very nice pillow. It took a while to arrive and came in a plastic bag - I guess I was expecting a box due to the expense, but it arrived in good condition. As others have stated, the color is a little more pinkish than shown and I've tried to show photos more representive of what I received, but then again, monitors vary. So I had to knock a star off because I really do love these pillows. I love how soft they are. I love how cooling they are. I do love that their memory foam and they have that shredded memory foam but here’s the problem. They have way too much foam so I didn’t get as much of a factory smell as I thought I would have and I’m not gonna put these out in the blazing hundred degree heat sun that we have had so I put it in front of my air purifier because that way it just pulls the smell directly to it and then put clean air back into my Bedroom, but it has way too much foam so I pulled some of it out and put it in the other pillow, so I just use the other one for my feet or something, but I’m not gonna return them. I still love them. Maybe it’ll take me some time to get used to these, but when I do like kind of push it down and kind of adjust it a little bit. They’re actually pretty comfortable on your back or to the side if you’re sleeping that way, they might be a little bit comfortable but like I said it takes some time getting used to these cause I’m not used to these kinds of pillows from my other bamboo pillow that has kind of SHRINK on me and bamboo got flat however, these are pretty cool pillows, but I’m not gonna return these and go through the hassle, but I’m glad that these pillows exist. because they’re way better than the other pillows I’ve had for a while. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow is perfect for me. It's firm, generously over-stuffed, and fills a standard pillowcase beautifully, but this is what I was looking for. Other websites were out of items similar to this and were a bit more expensive anyhow. Since I am a down pillow sleeper nothing else works for me so it was important for me to find 75% down (some websites say they are high "feather" count but make sure it's "down" and not goose feathers if that's what you want). The product description was right on, it is 75% down not just "feathers". The only complaint I have is that it's a bit too fluffy (ie a little stiffer than I wanted) but maybe that's because I was used to my old worn out down pillow.
