Well made. Would be nice to know what colours the springs mean (light/heavy) and if three's a specific position the springs should be on. As I was on the Canadian site of Wayfair, had assumed this was already at a Canadian location. Given all the tariffs and counter tariffs going on and when the delivery actually crosses the border, I could have been hit with a 50 percent tariff if this item ended up being an item to receive tariffs. I actually got two items from this brand in the same purchase and I have to say the quality isn’t quite there. When I was unboxing this I had very high hopes as the back and arms were so sturdy I thought this will be a great desk alternative during work from home days if I want to shot on the couch. And it will be, but that’s about the extent. I like the heat option but the “massage” is literally just a vibration and the modes are limited to two.
