Comfortable and you can add the center leaf to make it bigger. Downside is that if you cross your legs underneath with the leaf stored under the table, you'll hit your knees in it. This 7-piece dining set invites family and friends around for get-togethers and special occasions. It includes a rectangular table and six side chairs, each piece crafted from solid and engineered wood with a warm finish that highlights natural grain variation for a hint of rustic style. The table features a classic trestle base, and the top comes with a removable leaf for use whenever you have extra guests. We love the padded seats, upholstered in polyester and filled with foam for just the right amount of support as you enjoy dinner and dessert.

I have used these chairs several weeks now. I was unsure what to think about them at first because my existing chairs sat us too low at the dining table and were very padded but now bottoming out. It's hard to find a good sturdy chair at this price point. They were easy to assemble. We are 5'5" each and these sit us at the right height at the table. They are sturdy. I got lucky and they match or blend nicely with my existing table. Don't judge the cushion on Day 1. The cushion is fine. So far, I had one stain and it easily wiped right off. They are heavy as wood should be, but not ridiculously heavy. The width of the chair seat is great. (We are of average size.) So many chairs nowadays have gotten too skinny. I removed the thing at the bottom of the legs and replaced with self-adhesive sliders as I have a washable rug under the table, so these chairs now slide in and out easily. Now that I've had my chairs a while, I am content with my purchase and will order another two.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Thu Sep 24 2026

This set is sturdy and beautiful! I couldn’t be happier! It fits perfectly in my dining room. The chairs are very comfortable and glide beautifully across my wood floors. I was worried about them scratching the floor since I don’t have an area rug yet, but now a rug would be strictly for decoration. I came back to change my original review due to packaging issues and a minor scratch because customer service was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to fix the issue and gave me several options to choose from. I’ve never encountered such a caring and considerate person that works in customer service. I am blown away, to be honest.. Anonymous. Sat Oct 17 2026

I would give this table 5 stars for sturdiness and looks. But it did come damaged as several others have said. I will say it is a heavy table. Not sure if damaged in transit because of this. Or because my FedEx lady decided to let it fall off back of truck when unloading. I currently have a call into Wayfair for a resolve. Overall it’s a very pretty table. I love that it extends. Because the porch we have it on is just a eating section that needs a smaller table most of the time. It will need to be on a covered porch to keep it nice. We are planning on adding poly on it for protection.. Samantha. Louisville, KY. Mon Aug 24 2026

Absolutely love this table! It has exceeded my expectations. I love the color, top is grey/brown. Looks more brown in our kitchen. It is very heavy duty, the wood used seems durable and of high quality. The table was superr heavy. We decided to buy a bench to go with it and leave the leaf in all the time.
