The assembly of this item was easy, and mostly, it is the height of this towel rack that I like most as it is taller (by 5 or 6 inches) than the normal standing towel racks I noticed for sale. This towel bar has a much better hanging system than the first one. I had to replace the first one because it came out of the box stripped. Could not get the set screw to secure the bar. I could not find my paperwork on it so I just ordered another one. The carpenter installed this one and said it was much better. But, the set screws in this one are chrome, while the escutcheon is matte black!!! As I sit in the tub I can see them! I had the same issue with the Kingston faucets and I had called them and they said they don't have black set screws. I had to buy them myself.
