But all the designer magazines say to always go bigger and this has been a 3 year process and I would’ve put pebbles from the road up if it meant we’d be done already anyways, my husband is finishing the tiles as we speak they are definitely thinner than more expensive tiles and we were nervous about that while glueing yesterday, especially the thin pieces, we were already planning on a few breaking after we grout. However by this morning, the tiles we were worried about, are no longer wiggling and I have full faith in them! I love this tile! It has a very hand-made look and just enough movement without being too busy. Pictures don’t do it justice- it looks less busy in person! I get so many compliments on it, even from trade people who are happy to not see more white subway tile.
