The assembly directions could be better. There were similar pieces with slight differences (holes for shelves) that could have been identified better and I didn't realize until it was all put together. I wasn't going to use the shelf so I didn't take it apart to correct it. It was packaged extremely well so arrived in perfect condition and shipping was very fast. For the price, I am very happy with the purchase. The built in outlets/usb ports are on the top and I would personally have prefered them on the back/side or interior, but that's just me.. Kathy.
