I am a huge fan of iron art, and I love the phoenix. Not a normal yard art statue that you would find. Lots of egrets, herons, and peacocks. So when I saw this, I was absolutely thrilled. And when it arrived, even more so as the colors are absolutely brilliant. The pieces were very well packaged with bubblewrap and cardboard to avoid damage in transit. It was very easy to assemble and doesn't appear to easy come apart. They even included a "U" shaped stake to help keep it in place. The color is candy-apple (metallic-semi translucent), and the details are three dimensional, not just painted on, which makes it even more special. I absolutely recommend this piece.. Kimberly. I just received my Golden Eagle Statue, delivered by FEDEX ground delivery service. It definitely adds presence to a room and is just a little bigger than my Bald Eagle statue that was also purchased through Wayfair Canada and supplied by Hi-Line Gifts. The statue is very detailed and has character. When I first went to work for Parks Canada, in Jasper National Park, I was stationed in the Columbia Icefields region at the south end of the park. Golden Eagles ranged through Wilcox Pass while Bald Eagles ranged through the Malign Valley and East of the Jasper townsite around Talbot and Jasper Lakes.
