Modern update to what had been contractor-grade flush mount lights in bedrooms. The base is smaller than expected - and than the fixture it replaced requiring us to do some touch up painting to smooth things over and make it look right. I had a crystal chandelier I removed and put this. My home is coastal themed and this is beautiful. I got the installation from Wayfair which I recommend it took 3 different installers but the right one finally came. I would also recommend before they come to have the video on how to put one of these lights together. It can be overwhelming. I also had all of the glass out on my dining table nicely organized by size and color. This is not very bright more of an ambiance light but I have a lamp in room but love it.
