Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa. This is the perfect sofa and should last for years. I did a ton of research before spending this much money on a product I have never seen. It absolutely is as well built as it is advertised and you will not find any comparably priced sofas that are as good a quality as this. Flexsteel names it “Dutch” if you are trying to find information about it on their website or wanting to see it in person at an authorized dealer. It is only 91 inches long but ways 297lbs. If you need to move it you definitely need help as it is solid. The color is more beautiful in person, I was very happy when it was delivered. Also delivery was 10 days ahead of schedule with less than 24 hours notice they can deliver it. The delivery team set it up,and cleaned up. They were wonderful, I could not have donee it by myself.. The second delivery was great! First time the guys didn’t know that the back comes off the sofa so they couldn’t carry it up the stairs. This is one of the most comfortable sofas I’ve ever had. 2 out of 3 seats recline. It’s really pretty ivory color. My only concern is that it might get dirty pretty fast with little kids in the house. Probably seat covers would be a good idea. Was the easiest to put together.
