The color is definitely interesting as it’s not a solid brass or gold color. It’s gold with some dark tone accents. The gold color is not very metallic or shimmery and the dark tones are a brownish color. I personally like the different tones and find it to be really fun and different. Assembly was very easy, took 5-10 minutes. I get nervous when I’m opening anything that comes with glass, but everything was packaged nicely. Looks just like the photos, no assembly, very sturdy, and has a 45lb capacity. The only negative is it's diameter seemed smaller than I thought it would be, but the size is correct.
