Well-made and nice material but the style seems old-fashioned that does not go with contemporary Design. Paula. Los Angeles, CA. Fri May 29 2026

Conventional salt & pepper mills often create mess by leaving excess grounds on surfaces when placed down. The simple, elegant design of the Milltop avoids this problem as the grinding mechanism is at the top of the mill, which means any excess grounds fall back inside the unit after use. The innovative design also does away with a long central spindle for the grinding mechanism, which increases its capacity and makes it much easier to fill. To adjust the grinding size, simply rotate the stainless steel top. Our easy-to-use, easy-to-fill salt-and-pepper mills are an essential asset to every dining table.

Works well for the most part. The only issue is that adjusting from fine to course does not actually change much.. Kerri. Chicago, IL. Sat Sep 12 2026

The Boreal collection blends turned wood with a sleek color inspired by those found in nature. The delicate colors are intentionally designed to blend harmoniously between the darker tones to designate pepper, and lighter tones to designate salt, so that you never mistake which seasoning you are using. Mix and match between the pepper mill and salt mill shades to suit your personality. Peugeot’s mechanisms are designed to finely or coarsely grind your peppercorns and salt crystals depending on your desired setting, which you can control by tightening and loosening the button on top of the mill.

Bella figura is what the Italians say when something makes a good impression – and that is certainly something that can be said of the Twin mill set from every perspective. Its gentle and shapely design harmonizes excellently with its more discreet yet elegant coloring, and it is great to both hold and behold. Once you’ve held it in your hand, this is a mill you won’t want to put down again. The silk-matt surface of its body is understated, and the flavor seal, on which the material structure of the wood can be seen, radiates elegance and warmth. The large grist container, with the practical screw-on seal on its base, is easy to open and easy to refill. Its upside-down design and its flavor seal, with silicone insulation, prevent annoying crumbs from falling onto the table. The Twin products use the proven CeraCut® grinder, which is made from high-quality ceramic and is infinitely adjustable from fine powder to coarse grind. Coarse rock salt and larger varieties of pepper can be reliably ground. Demonstrate your good taste by putting the Twin on your table.

I shopped around at every kitchen store imaginable and hated the selections. I’m happy I didn’t settle until I found these. The paint is just as pictured and looks elegant without being too formal or too farmhouse (yuck). I love the wide base so they don’t tip over, and the holes are different for salt and pepper. I imagine they will be quite durable even with little kids using them. The plug for refilling is rubber and I think that will last with care. I included a photo with a can so you can visualize the size. So far a great buy!. Cherry. Utah. Thu Feb 17 2022
